Members receive priority scheduling whenever possible. While emergency calls remain subject to technician availability and safety considerations, members receive preferred scheduling and discounted labour on eligible repairs.
Yes. Memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the membership agreement. Any inspection or maintenance services already performed may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Member discounts apply to labour charges unless otherwise stated. Parts, permit fees, subcontractor costs, specialty equipment, and manufacturer pricing are excluded unless specifically included in a promotion.
